Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Art. 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products, without any obligation to provide a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer can choose one of the following methods:
- Send an email, send a clear and unequivocal written communication to: info@luxury-stuff.com, containing:
• Customer's first and last name;
• Contact info (phone and/or email);
• Description of the product being returned;
• Order number;
• Reason for the return (optional);
• Copy of the delivery document showing the date it was received.
2. Digital Refund via the withdrawal button, directly through the website at the following link: Modulo di recesso – Luxury Stuff . The Customer will receive an automatic confirmation email that certifies the exact date and time of the request.
Once the request is received, Luxury Stuff will email you the address to send the return to.
Conditions for Withdrawal
The Product must be returned intact, unused, complete in all its parts, in the original packaging, and with labels and safety seals intact and untampered. For products protected by films or wraps, these must be intact and not removed.
Returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the date the withdrawal is communicated, at the Customer's expense, who will be responsible until the item is delivered.
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products that are damaged, altered, used, or missing the safety seal;
Not previously authorized in writing by Luxury Stuff.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply, according to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, to:
- Gift vouchers;
- Entrupy certification services, as they are customized and carried out on request.
Refund
The refund will be processed using the same payment method the Customer used for the initial transaction, within 14 calendar days from receiving the returned goods, and after checking that they meet the conditions described above.
The refund will be equal to the price paid for the Product, excluding shipping costs, if any were incurred.
If the return does not meet the requirements listed above, the withdrawal will not be considered valid, and the goods will be sent back to the Customer at their expense.
