Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a clear and explicit written communication to: info@luxury-stuff.com, including:

  • Customer’s full name;

  • Contact details (phone and/or email);

  • Description of the Product being returned;

  • Order number;

  • Reason for the return (optional);

  • Copy of the delivery document indicating the date of receipt.

Once the request is received, Luxury Stuff will send via email the address to which the product must be returned.

Return Conditions

The Product must be returned intact, unused, complete in all its parts, in the original packaging, and with original label and security seal intact and unbroken. If the product includes protective films or packaging, these must be unaltered and not removed.

The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of the withdrawal request. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer, who is also responsible for the integrity of the shipment until delivery.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that are damaged, altered, used, or missing the security seal;

  • Returns not authorized in writing in advance by Luxury Stuff.

Exclusions

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code:

  • Gift cards;

  • Entrupy authentication services, as these are personalized and performed upon request.

Refunds

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned item, and only after verifying that it complies with the above return conditions.

The refund will equal the price paid for the Product, excluding any shipping costs, where applicable.

If the returned Product does not meet the required conditions, the withdrawal will be deemed invalid, and the item will be returned to the Customer at their own expense.
