The purchased Products will be delivered via express courier to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the online order. Luxury Stuff delivers exclusively to the address indicated by the Customer during checkout. Any special delivery requests must be communicated when placing the order.
Deliveries are made within the Italian territory, typically within 7 business days and in any case no later than 30 calendar days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
Luxury Stuff shall not be held liable for:
Delivery errors or delays due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the Customer during the order process;
Damage, tampering, or delays occurring after the goods have been handed over to the courier;
Delays caused by force majeure, unforeseeable events, or circumstances beyond Luxury Stuff’s control.
If delivery fails due to the absence of the recipient or other reasons not attributable to Luxury Stuff, the Product will be returned to sender. Luxury Stuff will contact the Customer to arrange a new delivery attempt, which will be at the Customer’s expense.
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, Products will be shipped using delivery and transportation methods selected at Luxury Stuff’s discretion, always to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order.
From the moment the goods are handed over to the courier, the risk and responsibility for the integrity and safekeeping of the Products passes to the Customer, pursuant to Article 63 of the Italian Consumer Code.
